What are the legal fees for my Injury case?

In Injury cases our fees are a percentage of your recovery. Your recovery is the amount paid to you from your successful case. You will be responsible for charges such as court filing fees and the cost of depositions regardless of the outcome of your case.

What do you charge for criminal cases?

There is a flat rate fee for criminal cases that will be agreed upon in advance. Payment plans are available.

What do you charge for Family Law cases?

Family Law cases are on an hourly basis with a retainer that will be held in trust and the remainder will be returned to you upon the conclusion of the case.

What do you charge in Business Law cases?

Business Law cases are charged an hourly fee with a retainer to be held in trust with the remainder returned to you at the conclusion of the case.

Do you offer free consultations?

We offer a complimentary 30 minute consultation to explore the facts of your case and to get to know you. Currently due to Covid-19, we offer consultations via telephone or in our offices where masks are required of everyone involved for your safety.

Are the Courts open during the Covid-19 pandemic?

Yes, the Courts are currently open but there are regular updates to their operating procedures. Please contact us for help with the most current policies. One advantage of the current situation is that you may be able to appear in court via telephone to resolve your case!
